About Us

I’ve Been Where You Are

I began to understand that so many people are showing up every day, at work, at home, in leadership while quietly carrying grief, burnout, exhaustion, and unspoken pain. They are strong on the outside, but empty on the inside. And no one ever taught them how to care for the whole person they bring into every space.

That understanding didn’t come from a book or a training. It came from life.

I have walked through deep loss, losing my mother, losing loved ones, and most painfully, losing my son, Trav. Grief changed me. It stripped away what didn’t matter and revealed how many people are surviving in silence, doing their best while hurting underneath.

Trav had a heart for people. He noticed pain that others overlooked. He believed kindness could shift a moment—and sometimes a life. Even now, I still hear his voice guiding me:

“Mom… help others.”

Those words became my calling.

I realized healing and professional success are not separate journeys. You cannot pour from an empty cup, lead from a broken place, or sustain excellence while neglecting your inner world. When people are supported personally, they show up stronger, healthier, and more grounded professionally.

This work is about people, not roles, titles, or performance alone. It’s about honoring the human behind the responsibility and creating space for restoration, growth, and strength.

You matter… your well-being matters. Your story still carries power.
I’m here to guide, support, and walk with you, one step, one breath, and one breakthrough at a time.

I help people heal personally so they can thrive professionally.

I help workplaces support the humans behind the job titles.
